This Privacy Policy explains how UjustSell (“UjustSell”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website at www.ujustsell.com and our services (the “Service”). UjustSell is a service operated by Dilmurod Qurbonboyev Ergashboyevich (the “Operator”).

UjustSell is a business software platform (a CRM). This policy covers two groups:

• Account holders — businesses and individuals who sign up for and use UjustSell.
• End contacts — the customers, leads, and contacts whose information account holders store in their UjustSell workspace. For that data, the account holder is the “data controller” and UjustSell acts as a “data processor” on their behalf.

Information you provide

• Account data: name, email address, password, organization name.
• Billing data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers (see Section 5).
• Business data you enter: leads, contacts, companies, deals, orders, appointments, transactions, and related records you choose to store in your workspace.
• Support communications: messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and performance metrics.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication and to keep you signed in (see Section 7).

3. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• To authenticate you and secure your account;
• To process payments and manage subscriptions;
• To respond to support requests and communicate service updates;
• To monitor, improve, and troubleshoot the Service;
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
