Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UjustSell (the “Service”), operated by Dilmurod Qurbonboyev Ergashboyevich (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. The Service

UjustSell is a multi-module business software platform (a CRM) that lets you manage sales, delivery, booking, and finance operations. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Subscriptions, fees & billing

  • Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices and plan details are shown at sign-up and on our pricing page.
  • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

4. Your data and content

You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to store and process it, including any personal information about your own customers and contacts.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
  • Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts;
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Service;
  • Send unsolicited or unlawful communications (spam) using the Service;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Violate the privacy or rights of any third party.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is the exclusive property of the Operator and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.

7. Third-party integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as payment, email, messaging, and calling providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; you may request an export of Your Content within a reasonable period, after which we may delete it.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Operator’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
